Your responsibilities
Along with the Payroll Manager & the other members of the team, handle the Payroll for the Warsaw Corporate Centre which includes the following responsibilities:
Management, delivery and control of the monthly salary payroll and the annual Incentive Compensation pay run
In charge of coordinating the delivery of salary certificates, , restricted stock statements, E-payslips
Administration of existing benefits including pension contributions
Identify risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place
Stay abreast of changes in social security, employment and tax laws that impact payroll and benefits
Regularly review processes and ensure they are up-to-date and properly documented
Management of the relationship with the outsourced payroll provider and other Payroll and benefits third party vendors
Liaise with tax vendor on employee tax related issues
Ensure compliance with all internal/external regulations and requirements
Our requirements
Strong ability in data management for analysis and reconciliation processes
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of standard data mining and reporting packages
Ability to handle highly confidential/sensitive data information
Strong organisation skills and ability to effectively prioritize
Advanced problem solving and analytical skills to identify issues and trends and develop solutions and/or recommendations
Understanding of Polish Social Security, Social insurances, employment and tax laws is an asset
Strong Risk and Control mindset: ability to identify and prioritize risks, and develop and implement appropriate controls
Ability to make sound business decisions and exercise good judgment skills with understanding of when to escalate issues
Ability to develop strong partnerships HR colleagues

Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in procedures, processes, systems, etc.
Fluency in English and Polish
