Payroll Specialist with English (for UK processes)

We are currently looking for candidates to fill the position of Payroll Specialist with English for our Client.
It is a chance to take part in advanced processes in a worldwide growing organization with a leader position on Cracow's market. The company is looking for candidates who take up a new challenge in newly created project and strengthen the team!

Daily responsibilities:

  • Supporting employees in various administrative tasks related to payroll
  • Processing payroll requests
  • Supporting managers with issues related to HR processes, policies, and questions
  • Providing HR data quality in the system
  • Taking care of high payroll accuracy
  • Master data management
  • Preparing reports and payslip production
  • Data Input Controls
  • Maintaining payroll cycle
  • Participation in transition of the process (preparing guidelines, procedures, trainings)

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of working experience in HR area related with payroll
  • Educational background related with Human Recourses will be an asset
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Corporate experience in SSC/BPO sector in a multinational environment
  • Very good level of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
