    Description:

    Are you ready to become a part of our Payroll Team within our dynamic state-of-the-art organisation that values diversity and offers flexibility? By joining our Payroll Team you will have a chance to build up your career by cooperating closely with our partners from EMEA region:

    • You will handle payroll processes for different locations.
    • You will take care of salary calculation process.
    • You will collaborate with payroll vendors and EMEA HR Teams.
    • You will identify and implement process improvements or adjustments required by legislation changes and business needs.
    • You will learn specifics of payroll process for Middle East countries and implement it.
    • You will lead shadow payroll process.
    • You will participate in projects with other teams (HR, Benefits, Financial Accounting).

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

    Qualifications:

    • You have 2 years of experience in a specialist payroll operations role.
    • You have vendor management experience.
    • You speak English fluently.
    • You have experience with shadow payroll for international assignees.
    • You have good MS Excel skills.
    • You are passionate about learning new things.
    • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • You are a dedicated problem solver with attention to detail.
