Requirements:

  • Master degree
  • Good knowledge of English and Portuguese
  • Experience on similar position (work in area Shared Service, Purchasing Department)
  • Very good skills of MS Office usage (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Very good communications skills
  • Very good skills for work under the pressure
  • Very good team work skills
  • Very good work organization skills
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus

Your role:

  • Managing purchasing process of Indirect materials for specified Aptiv sites in EMEA region taking into consideration quality requirements,  timeliness, customer orientation and costs
  • Following Aptiv SCM policies and procedures, assure their compliance and execution
  • Assuring sourcing process/ quoting process is performed to Aptiv suppliers (strategic suppliers)
  • Obtaining the best price, negotiating offers that give high potential for discount/ cost avoidance
  • Supporting plants in cases of late/ missed deliveries– obtaining explanation for occurred delay and actions for the future
  • Supporting PO Creators / eCatalog Team and Troubleshooters in their work related to price queries explanation and correct PO creation
  • Cooperating with Indirect Category Teams in EMEA region
  • Keeping updated scheduling tool in order to assure that all information presented there reflect true and reliable data
