Your responsibilities

  • Manage and execute Procure to Pay process

  • Maintain quality procure to contract management documentation

  • Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities within the team and external

  • Guides contract creation and renewal process in partnership with VMO analysts, business stakeholders, procurement and legal in accordance to legal and procurement policies

  • Ensure all contract requests are initiated and executed agreements are uploaded in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system

  • Create and submit purchase requisitions in ERP and ensure it aligns with the contract payment terms/schedule

Employer requirements

  • Experience in P2P, AP, Procurement or Purchasing

  • Experience utilizing ERP systems such as Oracle a plus

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau or similar tool

  • Proficient with other MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
