Organize & manage full-cycle recruitment processes for open positions within the Global IT structure.
Support employees with organizing talent & development activities, provide support in assessing the effectiveness of training programs as well as knowledge retention and new skills deployment at a workplace.
Manage and monitor training budget spend with the help of local Finance & PPO team.
Manage relocation process for internal transfers both in and out of Warsaw hub.
Provide support to annual HR cycle in line with corporate agenda and local practices (that will include among others: annual salary review, performance appraisal, mid-year reviews, etc).
Provide support in succession planning & talent review activities.
Ensure personnel records are handled professionally and in line with local legislation.
Collect, monitor, and analyze HR data (e.g. turnover, retention).
Design and implement Employer Branding solutions dedicated for IT labor market.
Propose and drive projects directed to the international community in line with global JTI P&C strategy (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion)
On occasional basis: support the local HR team in various HR projects (e.g. Top Employers, Employer Branding activities).
University degree (Economy, Business Administration, HR).
Min. 2 years of relevant HR generalist's experience in a multinational or IT/software company in the areas of recruitment, training, personnel administration.
Fluent English (used on a daily basis).
Advanced MS Office literacy (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Solid Project Management & organization skills.
Knowledge of the IT labor market would be a strong advantage.

What this position is about - Purpose:
The position exists to provide a dedicated full cycle of People &Culture support for the international Global IT team based in the Warsaw office due to the strategic importance of the Warsaw hub and continuous growth. The scope includes staffing & relocation support, Training & Development support, employee relations & Compensation & Benefits support in partnership with the People& Culture Agile Team, based in Geneva, as well as with local People &Culture.
