Your responsibilities

  • Works closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

  • Manages and resolves complex and escalated employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations

  • Provides leadership on people related issues and policies across the company

  • Communicates at all levels in the company and to support business development and change

  • Advises the leadership team on talent review, performance reviews, workforce planning, succession planning aligning them within Selvita’s strategy

  • Analyzes, collates, and develops recommended actions related to people data to guide decision-making and provide solutions

  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HRBPs group to develop solutions, programs, and opportunities for learning

  • Identifies learning needs for business units / teams and individual needs including executive coaching needs

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant People and Culture Operations Manager / People Business Partner experience supporting front line, mid-level and executive leaders

  • Expert-level experience in a variety of HR competency areas such as organizational design and development, leadership development, change management, performance management, and employee relations

  • Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Ability to solve complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving

  • Very strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates sound, consistent, trusted judgment

  • University degree in HR / psychology or equivalent

  • Fluent English

As People and Culture Operations Manager you will be responsible for helping to find, develop, motivate and retain the team at Selvita. This business function within the HR is a key strategic role in the company helping to grow the business and allowing us to build a unique and strong people oriented culture at Selvita. You will partner with all areas of the company to help our team build and support their organizations. This will involve advising, coaching, helping to resolving employee relations issues and managing programs that help develop staff.
