Definition of robust and comprehensive induction curriculum for new joiners in the organization, supplemented by the on-the-job training
Direct delivery of some of the training modules on systems and processes after receiving relevant training, especially with regards to core modules, common for all roles
Coordination of delivery of the trainings with relevant process and platform experts
Keeping track record of training paths completed by each staff member for compliance purposes
Ensure business continuity for the purposes of delivering the induction program and training modules
Perform regular analysis of training needs
Actively identifying opportunities for process improvements, perform process measurements, define Key Performance Indicators as well as Key Risk Indicators in relation to Assurance Operations processes
Keeping track of process and platform changes to ensure they are communicated and process documentation is up-to-date
Performing impact assessment of changes in the organization which may require process or platform updates within Assurance Operations
Defining change management framework for process changes
Establishing key stakeholder relationships with regards to process ownership, systems ownership and management structures supporting teams with quick escalation path, facilitating effective decision making and change implementation.
Managing Assurance Operations-wide communications to inform about scheduled changes, impacts and projects
Taking part in Global and Regional project working groups to keep pace with evolution of BSI operating and commercial models
Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Experience of working successfully within a matrix management structure
Proven track record in change management, project management, process management
Experience in collecting and crafting business requirements for IT systems which could be smoothly converted into working solutions
Previous working knowledge of SAP, PointGlobal, Salesforce platforms would be an advantage
Experience of working with senior stakeholders
Experience of working across different cultural environments and ability to speak Polish, English and additional EU languages (ideally)
Willing to travel on business within the Region

BSI are looking for a driven, energetic and committed Training expert to provide strategic and operational insight, knowledge and experience on our People and Process Development agenda.
Specifically, the incumbent will have ownership of the training courses aimed at our multilingual Customer Services Centre staff based in Poland who support BSI's Customers Assurance Operations across Continental Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Training expert to act as both an enabler and influencer continuously monitoring our Learning systems and processes while implementing the opportunities for process development they see adequate.
