People Operations and Payroll Specialist - Spain & Portugal

Your responsibilities

• own and execute controls and audits needed for the assigned area

• supporting employees in specific requests related to HR

• coordinate monthly payroll process and payment centralize and collect payroll input, run checks, and collaborate with external payroll provider

• administer benefits for the organization in the remit

• handle employee lifecycle activities employment contracts, terms and conditions, time and attendance management, termination and offboarding, employment certificates

• maintaining and updating data into Workday and/or local HRIS, assuring data input and reporting accuracy, own and execute controls and audits needed for the assigned area

• execute the transition of the assigned market(s) towards Shared Service, mapping and integrating new tasks s/ processes/ systems in the daily operations

• manage and fill guides/documentation / procedures/ etc. for the tasks assigned and transferred during knowledge management assist the business with the implementation of programs, policies, and services provided by the Shared Services

• foster a successful relationship with key stakeholders through strong and effective communication
