Your responsibilities
Analyze and edit large sets of data using quantitative and qualitative analysis, data science, data visualization, cutting edge analytics, AI and machine learning algorithms
Provide relevant data analysis and people insights for HR Teams and business stakeholders to support decision making
Build-up dashboards and collate requirements for other KPI-driven reports in Workday, Tableau or other systems
Drive self-service reporting adoption and standardization of KPIs / reports
Consult and train on HR reporting and people analytics
Assess report requests against data privacy guidelines to ensure global legal compliance (i.e. GDPR)
Analyze surveys, develop and execute reporting (in collaboration with the HR Operations teams)
Support people data quality initiatives
Our requirements
University degree/ Education, preferably in Science or Technology
Min. 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
Excellent analytical skills
Deep understanding of HR processes and practices – both on local and global level
Experience with HR systems (SAP, Workday), advanced Excel skills
Ability to design reports and dashboards from the end-user perspective
Ability to create visualization methods and tools through a combination of technology, graphics and creativity
Excellent English proficiency
