As our People Experience Partner, your mission will be to work together with leaders to build the best employee experience through implementing major People initiatives. Your role will be supporting and coaching Customer Support, Compliance, Marketing and Commercial departments. More detailed responsibilities are below:
Be a trusted partner to TransferGo leaders
Work closely with department leads in supporting them in people processes. Coaching managers to enhance employee engagement and happiness in their team
Drive TransferGo growth through consulting leaders on how to evolve the team’s structure
Support leaders in addressing underperformance, employee misconduct, or relations issues in the EU and the UK. Provide guidance for managers making sure that it is done in an empathetic, timely, and legally sound manner.
Improve People Experience
By being close to the business and understanding their challenges, provide quality feedback and offer constructive solutions on how the People team can improve Transfernauts’ experience
Use existing people initiatives and implement them in departments you partner with (onboarding, performance management, rewards and recognition)
Champion employee engagement. Guiding managers to the best possible strategies on measuring, understanding and improving employee engagement.
Deliver people data and insights to the business
Drive TransferGo culture
Work closely with employees and managers in explaining, practising and evaluating how TransferGo culture and values are embedded in our daily work
Make sure that People initiatives are aligned with our culture and values.
Have and share your expertise. Have a strong working knowledge of people partnership, processes and HR programs. Preferably in a scaling start up with teams in a remote setup
Apply your ability to influence and impact, and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Use strong business acumen to strategically position and tailor people initiatives to meet business needs
Be adaptive and creative when implementing new frameworks where no established HR practice has been in place.
Be comfortable with collaborative working style and demonstrate ability to take ownership and make decisions independently
Working knowledge of Polish labour law is required
Excellent English language skills spoken and written
