Your responsibilities
- Taking care of over 250 Kinguiners globally
- Reshaping and executing People strategy alongside with the Kinguin owners
- Championing our revamped employer branding communication - internally and externally
- Leading 3 teams: Recruitment & Business Partnering, Employee Engagement and Payroll
- Identifying key performance indicators for all People roles and improving them continuously
- Implementing state of the art People processes
- Increasing maturity of leaders and management practices
- Implementing standardised learning and development programme across all teams
- Working with group team leaders on performance management initiatives
- Supporting hiring priority execution with key stakeholders
- Managing the People team’s operating budget
Our requirements
- You have been leading international People teams for at least 8 years, ideally in a remote setup
- You experienced dynamic company growth (e.g. tripling employee numbers in 3 years)
- You worked in technology or gaming industry
- You are driven by numbers and hypotheses in decision making process
- You have demonstrated partnership approach to employees as well as to C-level executives
- You are equally fluent in both Polish and English
- and have experience in working in an international environment
- Establishing rapport with key stakeholders has always been easy to you
- You are proactive, resourceful and positive person

Next Steps:

- The second stage is going to be a 60-minute interview (Google Meet) in both English and Polish with existing People team
- In the third stage you are going to spend 45 minutes getting to know selected members of the Executive team by solving a case study together
- The last stage is going to be an informal meeting with the management team
