Performance Management Expert

Job purpose:

Managing effective and globally-consistent performance management processes as well as providing efficient communication flow including relevant actionable data to drive company's growth

Your challenges:

• Coordination and execution of annual employee performance and potential appraisal process globally to enable control, review, and proper performance data input for the connected HR processes
• Ensuring standardized end-to-end performance monitoring and reporting
• Conducting Goals Setting and Cascading process globally and its communication within the organization
• Coordination of performance management processes across all AmRest markets
• Providing proper Performance Management training materials and supporting employees
• Preparation of mid-year follow-up actions targeted at improving performance as well as developing competencies of the underperforming employees
• Performance Management reports/dashboards development and improvement
  
  

Your skills & experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position and preferably 1 year of experience in project management
• Proficient written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, fluency in Excel
• Hands-on experience with performance management and data visualization tools is nice to have (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)
• Very good understanding of Performance Management concepts
• Analytical, planning, and organizational skills
