Your responsibilities

For a major client of the company, ensures the measurement and animation of performance indicators to guarantee the achievement of the service: quality, deadlines, traceability.

Ensures performance measurement, analysis and management of continuous improvement:

From the IT tools made available by the customer, implement and monitor performance: deadlines, damage, traceability.

• Provides reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

• In the event of drift, carries out analyses to identify the root causes of these drifts.

• Generates alerts to various internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers. Implements an escalation system adapted to each situation.

• Pilots action plans to guarantee performance control. Generates the necessary working groups with internal stakeholders, customers and / or supplier. Monitors and reports until the deviation is resolved.

• Proposes and implements structured methodologies for analysis and problem solving.

• Be a force of proposal with the various actors

Provides internal animation

• Provides internal teams with the KPIs and analyses necessary for proper control of KPIs.

• Trains the team in the reporting tools necessary for the proper operation of the contract.

• Preventively generates alerts internally.

• Builds specific monitoring KPIs in the event of a specific need

Supplier animation

• Plans and prepares supplier meetings on the performance aspect and follow-up of action plans

• Trains suppliers in performance management methods, tools and KPIs

• Ensures the regular availability of information

• Ensures regular monitoring of supplier actions.

Customer animation

• Plans and prepares customer meetings on the performance aspect and follow-up of action plans

• Participates in local customer meetings.

• Ensures the monitoring and reporting of internal actions / supplier and customers.

• If necessary, challenges clients on the progress of their actions

• Be proactive for improving performance in a win / win spirit.

• Ensures fluid, constructive communication.

Management

• Ensures the hierarchical management of the team

• Ensures the proper implementation of the performance exploitation processes and procedures within your scope of the contract.

• Ensures the good versatility of performance analysts functions within the scope of the contract.

Supports the implementation of new flows and suppliers

• In the case of new flows or suppliers, ensures that all KPIs and monitoring are well deployed: with the customer, internally and with suppliers.

Quality

• He/she is responsible for implementation of group's quality policy at local level.

• He/she ensures the quality management of his/her entity.

• He/she implements the compliance of his/her entity with the ISO 9001 standard.

• He/she is the quality correspondent with central quality

• He/she guarantees the existence, updating, proper dissemination and application of the entity's procedures

Our requirements

KNOWLEDGE & KNOW-HOW:

• University degree in the field of logistics or quality with 7 years of professional experience in integrating the operational functions of quality and performance.

• Very good knowledge of English – PLEASE SEND YOUR CV IN ENGLISH

• Knowledge of automotive business and of supply chain

• Logistics expertise; expertise in quality

• Strong statistical analysis / reporting skills

• Good command of the use of an ERP

• Computer literacy required
