For our Client, global player in fashion industry we are looking for Performance Marketing Director who will be responsible for Europe location.
Your responsibilities
responsible for the ownership and performance of digital acquisition channels (Paid Social, UAC, ASA, SEO, SEM, Influencer Marketing),
lead a team of performance marketing professionals (currently 12 FTEs), be part of the global marketing leadership team,
cooperation with the product and business intelligence teams to achieve outstanding user growth,
managing the operational budget allocation across marketing channels,
define performance marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition and grow our customer base,
steer the marketing channel mix, deep dive into data and improve the overall performance of the marketing team,
set a strategy and define clear goals and KPIs for the team to achieve in a method you see fits best.
Employer requirements
minimum 7 years of experience in performance marketing,
minimum 4 years of experience in people management that include communication, leadership, delegation, motivation, training and even performance feedback,
previous experience in a fast-growing company, digital or e-commerce sector,
experience with marketing automation,
entrepreneurial and great at stakeholder management skills,
strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
