Your responsibilities

  • Create, plan and execute the digital marketing campaigns for B2B clients (SEO/SEM, landing pages optimizations, traffic/user acquisition)

  • Own all performance targets and budgets across marketing objectives

  • Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives around quality and scale

  • Report regularly on key metrics (sales, revenue) and ensure KPI's and targets are being met

  • Support and work in collaboration with our Web Content team to develop and execute digital marketing activities

Our requirements

  • You have at least 3 years previous experience working as a performance marketing specialist

  • You have great knowledge of paid acquisition and how to best design and implement ads on various channels

  • You have experience in using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads

  • You understand the metrics around paid marketing (sales units, revenue)

  • You have excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • You are able to manage multiple deadlines while organizing and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in conjunction with strong presentation abilities

  • You have excellent analytical skills and strong focus on business results and operational efficiency

  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Optional

  • You have experience working with B2B clients

  • You have knowledge of SEO
