Your responsibilities
- Create, plan and execute the digital marketing campaigns for B2B clients (SEO/SEM, landing pages optimizations, traffic/user acquisition)
- Own all performance targets and budgets across marketing objectives
- Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives around quality and scale
- Report regularly on key metrics (sales, revenue) and ensure KPI's and targets are being met
- Support and work in collaboration with our Web Content team to develop and execute digital marketing activities
Our requirements
- You have at least 3 years previous experience working as a performance marketing specialist
- You have great knowledge of paid acquisition and how to best design and implement ads on various channels
- You have experience in using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- You understand the metrics around paid marketing (sales units, revenue)
- You have excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills
- You are able to manage multiple deadlines while organizing and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in conjunction with strong presentation abilities
- You have excellent analytical skills and strong focus on business results and operational efficiency
- You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
