Performance Marketing Specialist
Performance Marketing Specialist will ensure the flawless delivery of performance campaigns working closely with media house, marketing and business to define the media solutions addressing particular needs, then execute its delivery.
As Performance Marketing Specialist you will:
- Drive key growth initiatives in ecommerce team, independently lead the area of performance marketing (Google, FB, RTB)
- Co-creation of short term and long term digital marketing strategies
- Prepare and monitor digital marketing campaigns in cooperation with external agency and media houses
- Prepare and deliver E-mail marketing Campaigns
- Drive eCommerce revenue and website traffic through campaign management, optimization and reporting
We’d love you to have:
- Higher education; preferably marketing related studies
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience in setting up the goals, designing solutions, implementation and results tracking of media campaigns
- Good knowledge of English;
- Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology
- Good knowledge of e-marketing tools: Social Media, SEM, affiliate programs, email marketing, marketing automation, retargeting, display (CPA, CPL, RTB)
