Performance Marketing Specialist

Your role:

  • Optimizing campaigns for our 21 international markets
  • Supporting the tactical components of performance marketing channels (Search Marketing: both SEO and Pay-per-Click, Affiliate Marketing, Display Advertising, and Retargeting Campaigns)
  • Helping coordination of the end-to-end campaign process including campaign objective development, Ad creative/content creation, campaign execution, and reporting
  • Keeping up to date on marketing trends and continually evaluating, researching and testing new marketing opportunities to drive brand awareness, sales and acquisition in the EU 
  • Support in managing digital marketing budgets
  • Working closely with internal teams, media vendors and outside agencies on execution, strategy, planning and reporting

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Performance Marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics or similar reporting and data management tools
  • Ability to partner with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability for business travels

 

Additional desirable skills:

  • Google Ads Certification
  • A passion for digital marketing and using data to drive consumer marketing decision
  • Interest in fashion and retail will be an advantage
