Your responsibilities

  • Managing the Finance Executives' business schedules ensuring meticulous daily administration & prioritization of meetings

  • Taking the minutes in meetings monitor follow-up actions

  • Organizing travel itineraries, preparing and handling expense reports

  • Coordinating the visits of Finance Executives

  • Supervise the Travel Arranger

  • Support Facility Lead and Communication Lead in daily tasks – it’s close cooperation that includes supporting selected events

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support at a senior level

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish, both spoken and written

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise routine tasks and meet deadlines, reminding about important deadlines

  • Strategic planning and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to proofread documents and test them for reasonableness

  • MS Teams & Concur application knowledge would be an advantage

How would your role look like?

As a Personal Assistant you will act as a first point of contact for 2-3 Finance Executives, having a chance to build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will cooperate in an international environment and will have the opportunity to manage different situations, providing the best possible experience to business partners.

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT.
