Your responsibilities
Providing highly effective remote assistant support to the managers
Acting as a professional point of contact
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Managing travel expenses
Organizing events, conferences and travel meetings
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Our requirements
Excellent German and English oral and written communication skills (C1+)
A professional manner will be essential for this role, as you will be acting as the main point of contact for the managers
Ability to influence across the organization and work effectively with all levels of management and associates
The ability to organize and manage your own workload with minimal supervision is essential
Excellent organizational skills, you will thrive with the challenges of juggling multiple priorities within a busy environment
Discrete with the ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
A great team work ethic and an amazing eye for detail
Outstanding inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate confidently, intelligently and effectively both verbally and in writing
A very high level of accuracy with excellent literacy/numeracy
Fully proficient IT skills, extremely competent using MS Office packages including; PowerPoint and Excel
