Requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor degree studies in any disciplines (economics, HR preferable)
  • Experience in HR area or administration
  • Very Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Very good command of Windows applications (excel, word)
  • Knowledge of labour law topics preferable
  • Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Numeric skills
  • Team player

Responsibilities:

Personnel Administration (Onboarding ,Contracts, Attendance Control, Benefit Systems & Reporting Data)

  • Assures completion of formalities upon entry or exit of employees: employee questionnaires & entry documents, contracts, medical checks, exit checklist
  • Takes care of timely and correct handling of internal requests, applications, salary & contract changes and the information flow between parties involved
  • Maintains  the Employee master database
  • Administrates Time and attendance control and work time record system (data maintenance and reporting)
  • Payroll process: prepare the relevant data for payroll settlement and  contacts the external payroll provider to assure timely and correct payroll settlements
  • Administrates the company’s Benefit Systems
  • Support to employees in HR administration (documentation, workflow, individual requests)
  • Takes care of foreigners staff in administrative matters ( work & residence permit)

Internal Information

  • Makes sure relevant rules, policies and guidelines are up-to-date and available easily to employees
  • Communicates updates related to the personnel processes and regulations
