Personnel Administration Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries

  • Maintaining employees records with cooperation with Accounting Office;

  • Preparing and verifying employment documents; assisting new hires in completing employment formalities

  • Keeping HR documentation up-to-date

  • Collecting and verifying all information related to internal changes of positions, bonuses, changes of employees’ personnel and contractual data

  • Maintaining the relations with the benefits vendors

  • Participating in internal projects, focusing on solutions for increasing efficiency and encouraging the best practice sharing

Our requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in personnel administration

  • Knowledge of work legislation

  • Knowledge of administration of personnel practices

  • Good command of English language at least. B2

  • Strong computer skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Attention to details and proactive attitude

  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills

  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices

  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
