Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM and Pet Owner Experience strategy focused on activation, retention and pet health impact;

  • Build best in class 1 to 1 relationship with Pet Owners through personalized communication;

  • Build Pet Owner Experiences throughout their journey, mapping key touchpoints and golden moments;

  • Use data and insights to continuously improve the Pet Owner Experience, track and analyze the results of activations;

  • Turns CRM data into powerful insights for further and scalable activations;

  • Pioneers new CRM opportunities through Test&Learn and scouting mindset;

  • Responsible for Pet Owner Data Capturing & Data protection (GDPR champion);

  • Governance & Maintenance of Royal Canin websites content in the cluster;

  • WebForms and Landing Pages Creation & Harmonization.

Our requirements

  • University degree and 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or CRM marketing;

  • Experience in working on the development and implementation of CRM systems as well as developing CRM strategies and campaigns through various channels;

  • Practical experience in working on CRM tools (SalesForce, Freshworks, Zendesk TBC) and marketing automation is crucial for this role;

  • Proven track record of managing customer loyalty programmes, including strategy development and business planning;

  • Experience in website management, WebForms and Landing Pages Creation;

  • Analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions and prepare recommendations based on data;

  • Team player with proactive and continuous improvement mindset and way of working;

  • Up to speed on the latest developments and able to use and implement that in your job;

  • Excellent communication in English.

Introduction/Job Purpose

The Pet Owner Experience & CRM Manager needs to have an obsession for continuous optimization of the Pet Owner journey. Having a Test & Learn mindset and willingness to develop & deploy global / regional solutions is a key successful factor for this role. This person will stay in close connection with the Regional & Global PRO team to understand global strategy and vision and drive cluster agenda.
