Your responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities:

- First point of contact for PEX GSC related topics.

- Responsible for PEX framework roll-out at GSC level

- Ensure plans support GSC objectives and ensures continuous development of competitive organization

- Manages GSC PEX frameworks, processes, and practices across GSC.

- Ensure PEX frameworks are compliant to QMS requirements following ISO 9001 requirements

- Responsible for PEX related knowledge in GSC, leveraging customer as a source of needs

- Build and implement mechanisms supporting process knowledge development and its continuity across GSC (leveraging PPU principles)

- Own GSC Service Catalogue and ensures its updated, visibility and efficiency of use

- Own and develop GSC metrics management at 4 perspectives (Quality, Service, Cost (Cost Per Transaction) and Client Satisfaction)

- Act as SME on metrics definition, visibility and usage for analytics and decision making

- Drive culture of data being used as a source for optimization ideas

- Educate GSC organization on metrics management

- Collaborate with IT/ STL teams to use technology and digitalization in process management (eg: Digitalization process)

- Promote customer first mindset in GSC, using Quality techniques (eg. QFD)

- Responsible for scheduled reporting and analysis of GSC metrics at MOC level

- Understand situation in streams and supports improvements by active collaboration with PEX WS Leaders or its equivalents

- Develop PEX Analysts/Specialists knowledge in area of data analytics and reporting

- Use and develop data/process mining techniques process improvements (eg: Celonis)

- Provides regular updates to service delivery in Global PEX related projects, topics, upcoming activities, support needed

- Works directly with PEX WS Leaders on strategy execution in alignment with the PEX Framework

- Drives community of practice sessions

- Ensures compliance to GSC QMS requirements within given responsibilities

- Process ad-hoc requirements from direct supervisor

- Ensures needed reporting and analytics needed to make business decisions

Cooperation:

- Member of Change Delivery team, actively cooperates with team members seeking for improvements and synergies

- Works directly with GSC PEX Leaders and PEX specialists

- Consults PEX standards with GSC employees (globally if needed)

- Cooperates with global PEX Leader getting guidelines

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 5+ years professional experience

  • 3M Business Knowledge

  • A hands-on leader with excellent track-record leading complex projects.

  • Knowledge proficient in Microsoft. +PBI preferred

  • Excellent English Skills

  • Lean Six Sigma Experience – Black Belt Certified Preferred

  • Knowledge proficient in Microsoft. +PBI preferred

  • Strong Communication Skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Project Management background (PMP certified is a plus)

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Experience on medium-level statistics and data analytics (process mining will be an attitude)

  • Experience using data to drive change, and improvements across organizations

  • Demonstrated success leading project delivery for large cross functional programs

  • Demonstrated record of partnership with an influencing cross functional team

Goal of the position:

GSC PEX leader is a strategic position in GSC Change Delivery, responsible for leading the Process Excellence vision, strategy and roadmap needed by Service Delivery to fulfill their client’s satisfaction. The role will ensure implementation and continues development of PEX best practices in GSC leading to use data as a source of business decisions enabling increased efficiency and effectiveness, proven by right service related measures. Local process owner in all related PEX processes.
