PEX Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Coordination, execution and governance of activities for Services & Metrics management (incl.: gathering requirements, creation of definitions and algorithm and coordinate metrics digitalization);

• Preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports and data analysis;

• Leading process reviews on the assigned streams;

• Looking for opportunities to analyze data and providing data based conclusions for assigned stream;

• Support and lead process mining execution using available tools & techniques;

• Design and maintain Resource Capacity Model for operations;

• Participate in transition projects to ensure successful service adoption and compliance with GSC PL requirements;

• Participate/Lead different type of projects (e.g. GB, JDI, Kaizen);

• First point of contact for Team on Process Excellence related topics;

• Close cooperation with PEX GSC Leader;

• Support automation initiatives in assigned stream;

• Support operations with issue resolution;

• Cooperation with Global, Area stakeholders; when needed;

• Cooperate with SMEs and Operations leadership;

• Applying 3M's Ethical Principles in Your Daily Work;

• Other tasks indicated by the supervisor.

Goal of the position:

Process Excellence Specialist is responsible for ensuring proper processes and metrics maintenance in operations, overseeing and supporting data analysis and process mining. The person on this position is involved in process improvement initiatives and is participating in transferring new processes into GSC. He/she should be a subject matter expert in context of services, metrics and data analysis area.
