Your responsibilities

  • Execution of designated sales plans,

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with Pharmacists to build a good image of Bayer in the pharmaceutical community,

  • Promoting products by building awareness and positioning of the recommended Bayer products in the pharmaceutical environment(educations/detailing),

  • Conducting trainings, lectures, presentations in the pharmaceutical environment, mainly during visits to pharmacies and partly in a remote mode,

  • Cooperation with Education/Medical Representatives and other departments of the company in achieving sales and marketing goals,

  • Representing the company during conferences, symposia, and conventions,

  • Receives periodic coaching from supervisor or more experienced professionals (e.g., KAM,),

  • Prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals,

  • Participates in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing or trade marketing initiatives,

  • Signs contracts with the most important clients (negotiating contracts and concluding cooperation contracts,),

  • Analysis of own results and subordinate clients,

  • Identifying customer needs and adjusting sales offers to the expectations of contractors,

  • Face-to-face and remote meetings with potential clients and contractors,

  • Distribution of pharmaceutical products to customers,

  • Analyzing the activities of competitors to improve Bayer offer,

  • Expanding own knowledge about current and new products launched for sale,

  • Co-creating the company's marketing and sales strategy,

  • Maintaining the visibility of Bayer products in pharmacies.

Our requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent,

  • Equivalent work experience: min. 1 year of experience as a pharmaceutical or medical representative or min. 3 years of experience, as a sales representative in the FMCG industry,

  • Key competencies: Customer Focus, Drives Results (sales skills),

  • Strong communication skills required, good ability to influence,

  • Ability to quickly learning (specialized product training),

  • Presentation skills: advanced,

  • Negotiation Skills: advanced,

  • Analytical thinking: good,

  • Ability to work under pressure,

  • Very good organization of own work, independence, activity,

  • Timely execution of reports,

  • Driving license cat. B,

  • Ready for business trips (region),

  • MS Office – Excel, Power Point, Word (good level),

  • Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
