About the project

Joining a team working in Scrum, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of a product – from idea formation to technical findings to development. We design new solutions for our users looking for the best travel options based on REST APIs and GraphQL. You can learn or deepen your knowledge in building them based on Docker technology and deploying Kubernetes cluster on Google Cloud Platform.


eSky is a top worldwide technology-driven online travel agency. Headquarter is in Poland and we have some local hubs in Romania, Bulgaria and Brazil. We develop many interesting projects: aircraft search engine, payment system, mobile application. With the help of our Search Engine our customers can purchase tickets from more than 1,030 airlines, book accommodation in more than 1.3 million hotels and flats worldwide, rent a car, and purchase travel insurance.

Your responsibilities

  • Development of key parts of the system, responsible for air searches, autocomplete service and messaging and landing pages.

  • Preparation of microservices in PHP/Symfony.

  • Designing REST APIs.

  • Working with MongoDB and ElasticSearch document databases.

  • Building asynchronous systems based on RabbitMQ.

Our requirements

  • Experience with PHP 7+.

  • Experience with working with Symfony framework.

  • Knowledge of REST communication protocol.

  • Experience with relational or document databases.

  • Experience in preparing unit and integration tests.


  • Practical use of TypesScript language.

  • Knowledge of C#/.NET language.

  • Experience with Node.js language.

  • Knowledge of the NestJS framework.

  • Knowledge of GIT version control system.

  • Experience in working with Docker.

  • Knowledge of building services based on Kubernetes.
