    The PHP Web Developer will be joining our development team in Wroclaw that maintains and enhances existing client websites. The Developer will be responsible for troubleshooting both front end and back end code and developing small feature enhancements. The ideal Developer will have exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, be able to work both independently and within a team, demonstrate the willingness to learn and have the ability to produce high quality code.

    • Maintain existing client websites by troubleshooting bug fixes in PHP5 and JavaScript code
    • Code small feature enhancements for applications within the Magento framework
    • Maintain high customer service levels with the end client by asking probing questions to gather a better understanding of the issues that are logged
    • Prioritize and proactively manage the tickets that come through the queue


    • 1+ years of experience coding and maintaining web applications
    • Significant PHP knowledge, including experience building object-oriented websites in PHP5
    • Familiarity with either Zend or Symfony frameworks
    • Solid experience interacting with MySQL database systems through an abstraction layer in addition to the ability to write raw SQL queries
    • Experience using debugger tools such as xDebug or Zend Debugger
    • Experience working with the SVN revision control system
    • Front-end development experience with strong Javascript skills (including frameworks/libraries such as jQuery, Prototype, ExtJS, Dojo), as well as familiarity with accepted CSS and HTML design standards
    • Experience using Linux
    • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to smoothly transition between different tasks and projects
    • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento or osCommerce is nice to have skill
