Your responsibilities
Leads and guides the team of subcontractors, including vendor representatives for piping with emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule;
Manages the interfaces between disciplines and subcontractors;
Provides reports on quantities, work progress and achievement of milestones as well as trends and recommendations for improvement;
Ensures the quality of construction/installation works and their compliance with the contract requirements satisfying the assigned budget, time schedule, and safety;
Monitors all piping activities at the construction site to ensure the installation is in accordance with project specifications;
Follows and implements HSE requirements, and concepts related to piping fabrication and installation;
Promotes jobs site safety,encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
Our requirements
University degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Process Engineering or similar);
Minimum 2 Years of experience in Site Supervision activities preferably in chemicals/oil & gas industry;
Willing to travel to field project locations worldwide;
Fluent in English language;
Demonstrates technical experience as well as strong management and leadership capability.
