Description

• Cooperation with French BDM Team throughout pitch process
• Creating first draft pitches by gathering and formatting pitch data (CVs, capability sections, pricing sections, delivery sections, imagery/infographics, factual content, compliance questions etc.)
• Tailoring first draft pitch documents based on client research
• Creating bespoke design elements (maps, data graphics, front page and divider images, team charts etc.)
• Providing credentials that are relevant to the pitch using Matter Explorer, the firms internal deal database
• Check for brand and brief compliance
• Developing and maintaining client relationships based on trust, quality, and integrity
• Investigate and analyse client expectations
• Maintaining data quality

Profile

• Excellent written and oral communication in English and French
• Attention to detail
• Pitch and/or Marketing experience - understanding of a Marketing organisation and the pitching process
• Working knowledge of Microsoft packages (strong PowerPoint and Word with formatting skills). Experience using Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) will be an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent is essential. Desirable Master's Degree or equivalent
