Our Client is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our Client's team as a Land Acquisition Manager.
Our Client, a Western European residential investor, is looking to expand their business and establish a strong presence in Poland. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for driving the growth and success of the business by identifying land plots, acquiring properties, supporting with obtaining permits.
Identify and evaluate potential land plots for residential development projects.
Lead the acquisition process, negotiate deals, and secure properties for investment.
Support with obtaining necessary permits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment or development, with a proven track record of results (acquired land plots).
Strong knowledge of the Polish real estate market and understanding of local regulations.
Ability to source off-market land plot acquisition deals through direct interaction with owners, various platforms and networks.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with property owners and industry professionals.
Self-driven and autonomous with the ability to create business opportunities proactively.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Valid driver's license.
