Your responsibilities
Transmitting transport orders to carriers and ensurement commitments respect of the transport specifications
Ensurement proper filling / handling of TMS by carriers
Finding transport solutions
Anticipating issues and offering security solutions to the client
Responding to customer requirements while respecting process
Preparing reports and KPI's related to the activity
Management non-conformities
Validating pre-invoicing
Proposing continuous improvements
Our requirements
Minimum 1 year work experience in +2 to + 3 road freight transport sector
Knowledge of the road freight transport activity and transport legislation
Mastery of Excel, Outlook
Mastery of the TMS tool on its perimeter (planner: planning perimeter and loading appointment)
Good knowledge of English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or any other of the EU language
Polish or English language nice to have but not mandatory if knowledge of other languages
Rigor, dynamism, proactivity, reactivity, autonomy
