    Planning & Allocation Junior Analyst (Franchising Department)

    The main responsibilities of the person appointed to this position will be:

    • Support in creating of a seasonal sales budget, purchase and margin for individual markets and by product categories, in order to implement the annual sales budget
    • Preparing weekly reports to determine sales, stock & best sellers
    • Managing proformas in order to identify risks or potentials to deliveries
    • Allocation/Distributions of products in accordance with sales needs and plans
    • Close cooperation with Senior Analysts as well as with other Departments, especially Logistics

    What we expect from the candidate:

    • Diploma of higher education (or student of last year)
    • Min. 1-2 years of experience in analysis, ideally in retail area
    • Fluent English
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
    • Excellent analysis and team-work skills

    FULL WORDING OF THE INFORMATION CLAUSE

    1)Who is the controller of your personal data and how can you contact us?

    Your personal data contained in the application are controlled by SMYK S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (02-672), ul. Domaniewska 48 (‘SMYK’).

    2)How can you contact the Data Protection Officer?

    SMYK has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who is a person you can contact in all matters concerning the processing of personal data and the exercise of data processing-related rights, via the following e-mail address: [email protected], in writing to: Smyk S.A., ul. Domaniewska 48, 02-672 Warsaw (please also write ‘DPO’ on the envelope).

    3)For what purpose and on what basis do we process your personal data?

    SMYK will process your personal data contained in the application documents for the following purposes:

    a)for the purpose of recruitment for the position for which you are applying, the legal basis for the processing is:

    • if you are seeking employment under an employment contract, the legal obligation of SMYK resulting from the provisions of labour law (Article 6 (1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation No 2016/679 (‘GDPR’) in connection with the provisions of the labour law) and the fact that the processing of data is necessary in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract; (Article 6 (1)(b) of the GDPR) and, in the case of data not required by law, the legal basis for the processing is your consent (Article 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR);
    • if you are seeking cooperation under a civil law contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, the processing of data is necessary in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract and, as far as optional data provided by you is concerned, the legal basis for their processing is your consent (Article 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR);

    b)for the purpose of future recruitment, as long as you have consented to the processing of personal data for that purpose, the legal basis for data processing will be your consent (Article 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR);

    c)for the purpose of establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (if any), the legal basis for the processing of personal data will be our legitimate interest consisting in our right to establish and exercise claims (enforce debts) or defend against such claims (Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR).

    4)To whom will we transfer your personal data?

    We will transfer your personal data to entities which act on our behalf, i.e. providers of IT services and solutions (including entities providing office equipment maintenance services on our behalf), providers of recruitment services (including on-line recruitment websites) or advertisers.

    Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations.

    5)How long will we store your personal data?

    Your personal data will be used for recruitment purposes until the recruitment process is finished and, to the extent that your personal data are processed on the basis of consent, until you withdraw the consent. If you have consented to the use of personal data for future recruitment purposes, your data will be used for these purposes for no longer than 2 years. To the extent that your data are processed for the pursuit of our legitimate interests, we may store your data for the purpose of establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, until the claims become time-barred.

    6)What are your rights related to the processing of personal data?

    You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation.

    You also have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:

    • the right of access to your personal data, including in particular the right to obtain information about whether SMYK is processing your personal data and about the scope of your personal data being in SMYK’s possession, the purposes of data processing or categories of recipients of your personal data;
    • the right to rectification of your personal data or the right to have your incomplete personal data completed;
    • the right to request erasure of your personal data;
    • the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data;
    • the right to request transfer of your data, including the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to SMYK, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (e.g. readable on a computer), and the right to transmit the personal data to another controller without hindrance from SMYK, and the right to have the personal data concerning you transmitted by SMYK directly to another controller, where technically feasible.

    In order to exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer (using the contact details provided in paragraph 2 above) or us directly (using the contact details provided in paragraph 1 above).

    You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

    7)Can you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data?

    To the extent that your personal data are processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.     8)Is the provision of your personal data voluntary?

    In the case of persons seeking employment under an employment contract, SMYK has the right to request the provision of data within the scope specified in 221 of the Labour Code and in § 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 28 May 1996 regarding the scope of documentation kept by employers on matters concerning employment relationships and the manner of keeping employee personnel files (name (names) and surname, parents’ names, date of birth, place of residence (correspondence address), education (name of school and year of graduation; occupation, specialisation, academic degree, professional title, academic title); supplementary education (courses, postgraduate studies, year of completion or commencement, if the candidate is still studying), occupational history (periods of employment with subsequent employers and job-positions held); nationality, additional competences, skills (e.g. language skills, driving licence, computer literacy), interests; identity card series and number, authority which issued the identity card or data about other identity documents).

    In the case of persons seeking cooperation with Smyk under a civil law contract, Smyk is entitled to request the provision of data which are necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

    The provision of data requested by Smyk is required by Smyk for the purposes of ongoing recruitment. Failure to provide the personal data referred to in the preceding sentence will render examination of your candidacy in the ongoing recruitment process impossible.

    9)Will you be subject to automated decision-making?

    We will not take decisions which are based solely on automated processing (including profiling), which would produce legal effects concerning you or would similarly significantly affect you.
