Your responsibilities
- You will manage a key area for the European Supply Chain organization. The mission of your role inside the Strategic Planning is to minimize the Supply Chain costs through the timely Supply Chain optimization process, as well as manage cost reduction opportunities across the whole Supply Chain network..
- TACTICAL PLANNING
- Use Supply Chain and Inventory Management techniques to develop production and transportation plans ensuring high service levels at low cost.
- Identify & implement relocation flows to guide master planning
- Forecast all flows and stocks with the IT Supply Chain Tools.
- Produce optimal network location and capacity. Build optimal supply plans aligned with PNO.
- Deliver scenario and contingency planning framework.
- FORECASTING
- Collaborate with the sales management team to gather field intelligence regarding customer ordering behavior
- Participate in monthly reviews of demand forecast with Sales, Sales Finance, and Planning managers and directors
- Maintain customer forecast profiles STRATEGIC PLANNING
- Be an essential part of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process in all its stages.
- Manage use of CHEP optimization tools to deliver accurate data & reporting.
- Produce optimal network location and capacity.
- Track outcomes of short-term planning & budget to forecast demand, depict trends and assess variances
Our requirements
- Bachelors degree
- At least 3 years business experience in Supply Chain Management in a manufacturing environment (Production Planning / Logistics Planning / Procurement Planning / Network Optimization)
- Language: Polish, English
- Strong Excel Skills
Optional
- Experience with S&OP and with Sales Forecasting and demand planning
- Experience working with SAP (ERP + BW / BI), BlueYonder, Power Query, and Power BI.
