Twój zakres obowiązków
In order to control the project costing, up are responsible for sub-contract tender, sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers, quantity take-off with checking according to the contract and designe drownings.
Sub-contract tender/ quotation and comparison preparation
Sourcing for Sub-contractors/suppliers
Q`ty take-off and quantity bulk checking
Monthly progres clam preparation for main-contract/evaluation for sub-contract
Documents submission for material approval control and documentation control
Nasze wymagania
Bachelor of Architectural Engineering/ Civil Engineering
Previous experience in working on similar position at least 2-3 years
Good knowledge of English
Experience in working for a construction company and knowledge for construction law regarding accounting field.
