In a few years, BESTSELLER E-commerce has grown to a strong, dynamic and international team and we are currently looking for a well-organised and driven individual who wants to grow with us. 
     

    Who we are 

    The primary office for BESTSELLER E-commerce is based in the centre of Amsterdam with an e-commerce photo studio based in Szczecin area, Poland, shooting up to 6,000 products per month. Our business includes 20+ fashion brands which we sell online in 13 countries. We have high standards and expectations for our team and with more than 150 BESTSELLER E-commerce colleagues from over 40 countries we work to create exciting fashion experiences – whenever, wherever.   
     

    The department and the position 

    As a Planning & Studio Coordinator, you will join a team of dedicated and skilled creatives that form the Studio Team. The team is comprised of several roles ranging from Photographers to Product Description Specialists. 
     
    Planning & Studio Coordinator determines the production capacity needed in order to meet changing demands for image production. Understands how the business operates and plans for future capacity requirements. Undertakes planning activities to ensure targets are met and optimises efficiency and costs. 
     

    Specific Job Responsibilities: 

    • Plan capacity and ensure development of all areas related to planning & forecasting within BESTSELLER Studios at a granular level; 
    • Monitor & review key processes, identify capacity constraints and provide analysis; 
    • Regularly communicate plans and forecasts to internal stakeholders and review plans to ensure efficient resource utilisation; 
    • Support studio budget and expensing. Gain an understanding of invoicing and studio budgeting ensuring that invoices are issued in a timely and organised manner. 

    Desired Skills and Experience: 

    • Planning, capacity & forecast experience essential; 
    • Proficiency in Excel and good understanding of accounting; 
    • Excellent organizational, administrative, time management and oral communication skills; 
    • Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment and remain proactive and professional; 
    • Keen attention to detail.
