Your responsibilities
- Check and close work orders after field execution in SAP PE1 software
- Use, maintain, gather data and create reports
- Cooperate with local Technical Planners to resolve upcoming issues
- Cooperate with technicians and supervisors in terms of proper work closure quality
- Provide cover for other team members during terms of sickness or leave
Our requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Very good English
- Knowledge of German on at least communicative level
- Knowledge of Excel
- Experience in administrative/documents/orders or relevant will be counted as advantage
- Knowledge of SAP will be counted as advantage
- Analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and creative problem solving
- Willingness to work closely with technical issues
- Well organized with attention to details
- Advanced level of communication and teamwork skills

The department of Planning located in Szczecin is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. The main areas of responsibility are Technical Planning, Continuous Improvement Management Coordination, Dispatching and Field Planning.
As Planning Coordinator you will be responsible for managing data and service orders in SAP.
