Your responsibilities
As Planning Service Center Lead (PSC) you will play a key role for coaching and guiding the procurement planning team for the entire Consumer Business Group (CBG), ensuring all the manufacturing location producing for our Business Group have the right level of components available to guarantee excellent service level to our final customers.
In this role you will be able to provide supply chain expertise and tactical/strategical directions to the team, interacting with production planning leaders in the plants and main stakeholders in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization to ensure right level of service, cash and cost.
You will lead a team of supply chain professional through coaching, ensuring business expectaction are clear and standard processes followed.
You will drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with other PSC Leads and Enterprise Operation Support team to ensure process gaps are known, addressed and solved.
You will implement and adjust clear action plans/solutions and assign resources with full accountability to achieve results of functional area (service, cost, cash).
You will motivate the CBG procurement planning team to step out of their comfort zone and take calculate risks through Inside-Out coaching technic.
Our requirements
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Master Degree in Supply chain or equivalent
Knowledge of current theories and practices in supply chain
5-10 years in manufacturing and supply chain environment with specific focus on planning, international experience a plus
Fluent English
SAP APO/ECC/R3 ERP System Knowledge
Able to cope with complex scenarios, take calculate risks and justify them with main stakeholders
Effective communication skills, together with team management skills like: active listening, coaching, SMART goal settings, project management
