Your responsibilities

Customer support in achieving dispatch rate/stock availability and inventory reduction targets through continuous and timely communication of deliveries
Daily customer communication about delivery schedule/potential delivery delays
Weekly reporting of dispatch rate/stock availability and loss tree
Preparation of rough cut capacity planning meeting on monthly basis
Focus improvement projects to minimize service losses, e.g. responsiveness
Support of product transfers/complexity reduction and VIP (Value Improvement Projects)
Plan contract operator production orders based on the forecasts of Unilever MSOs in Europe
Raise Purchase Orders for all Contract Operators and Intercompany Supply Agreements
Timely Introduction of products and materials - all in collaboration with VF Innovation Planner
Monitoring of stock in-transit through Ocean shipping
Arranging for deployment of stock from Ocean Hub to European MSO’s
Implement and maintain Service Level Agreements with 3rd party manufacturers
Manage supplier service incidents, with point of escalation to Procurement Operations team and CoE Planning manager in Poland
Obsoletes and excess stock management for expiring products / materials at 3rd party manufacturers
Support of overspill solutions for ad hoc third party production
Support Inventory & Stocks planner in Terra stock management and responsiveness program, prepare weekly and monthly reports to drive inventory reduction improvements
Continuous improvement projects for Virtual Factory processes

Our requirements

2 years of supply planning experience
Very good communication skills (English fluency)
Good overall computer skills (MS Office, focus on Excel, SAP knowledge)
Analytical skills, multitasking
Customer Service orientation
