    Currently we are looking for ambitious, energetic, hands on candidates for the position of:

    Plant Control & Logistics Program Leader

    Workplace: Wałbrzych

    The Plant Control & Logistics Program Leader has the overall responsibility of all logistic topics to start new programs. He will lead and support plant by following plant preparation status according to Project Management rules (work packages and functional milestones and alerting in case of risk / delay.

     

    The main missions of the role are to:

    • Ensure on time and correct implementation of :
      • Plant lay out
      • Production system implementation according to MIFA (as production control)
      • Internal flows organization + equipment
      • ERP preparation, customer + suppliers EDI, open orders, MRP parameters
      • Procurement schedule according to ramp-up
      • PIC and PDP process in line and including ramp-up define by launch team
      • PDP adherence measurement
      • Booking point implementation
      • Customer packaging and supplier packaging if invested by the plant
    • During ramp-up, implement and follow KPIs to follow and alert regarding:
      • PDP/ ramp-up production adherence
      • Level of stock regarding target and right stock balancing regarding mix / product
      • Customer coherence to forecast and ramp-up
      • In case of delivery crisis, support plant in customer relation, priority management and consequences on supplies

    The ideal candidate will have/be:

    • Master's degree in engineering
    • 5 years’ experience minimum in at least 2 of following functions : plant material planer, master scheduler, improvement supervisor
    • Trained on Operational Excellence and Logistics basics, with operational practice
    • Operational English and German is mandatory
