Dla naszego klienta międzynarodowej, dynamicznie rozwijającej się firmy produkcyjnej, rekrutujemy obecnie na stanowisko Plant Controller.
Your responsibilities
- Controller for entities of group
- Transfer prices for whole group – calculation, setting in the system, supervision over the correctness
- Margin over total costs – results analysis, comparison with agreed targets
- Transfer prices documentation
- Result analysis of intercompany business for units
- Analysis of sales within companies and distribution of results / differences between them
- Analysis of CAPEX (capital Expenditures) of the all controlled entities
- Supervision and support with topics related to revaluation and annual inventory depreciation
- Analysis of monthly business report, correctness supervision, upload to HFM system
- Cost analysis -Sales, Administration & Development Costs
- Support of local Plant Controlling
Employer requirements
- Experience min. 2 years in a similar position in a production company or auditing company
- Professional experience in an international company, preferable production profile
- Good understanding of finance and budgeting practices
- Good understanding of accounting and reporting in production company
- University degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Very good level of English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) for implementation of financial consolidation and reporting
- Knowledge of ERP system, preferable SAP or Axapta
- Proactivity, dynamism and independence in action
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organization of working time and planning own work
- Attention to details
- Ability to work in a team
- High presentation skills
- High level of leadership skills
- High level of work culture
