Recruitment for

Our Client is an international automotive company with safe future with already contracted new projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic business partner of the manufacturing team.

  • Responsible for accounting, financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, inventory management, forecasting,

  • cost accounting, forecasting, and related analytical analysis.

  • Responsible for the monthly financial closing process, as well as, updating the monthly key performance

  • metrics report and daily operation report.

  • Ensure that internal controls are appropriately designed and operating effectively, timely updated and

  • accountable for the deploy of escalation process in case of deviations.

  • Responsible for fixed asset accounting, including capital project reviews, asset capitalization and the physical

  • inventory of fixed assets.

  • Accountable for inventory management, ensuring that the plant's inventory controls are adequate, reconciling

  • inventory balances monthly, identifying overage and aging material issues, and coordinating periodic physical

  • inventories.

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and variance analysis on costing activities.

  • Performs all other functions as required; included are any work assignments relating to the efficient flow of

  • work within company

Employer requirements

  • Strong Accounting/GAAP knowledge

  • Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Excel (database extraction,

  • creation and use of complex formulas and functions, pivot table creation and maintenance, etc.)

  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills

  • Advanced communication & supervisory skills

  • Maintain a team-oriented working environment that allows for individual differences and provides for

  • individual growth

  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to communicate changes and gain buy in for change

  • Unwavering integrity

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacture environment

  • 3 - 5 years of previous supervisory experience to include general & cost accounting

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software
