Recruitment for
Our Client is an international automotive company with safe future with already contracted new projects.
Your responsibilities
Strategic business partner of the manufacturing team.
Responsible for accounting, financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, inventory management, forecasting,
cost accounting, forecasting, and related analytical analysis.
Responsible for the monthly financial closing process, as well as, updating the monthly key performance
metrics report and daily operation report.
Ensure that internal controls are appropriately designed and operating effectively, timely updated and
accountable for the deploy of escalation process in case of deviations.
Responsible for fixed asset accounting, including capital project reviews, asset capitalization and the physical
inventory of fixed assets.
Accountable for inventory management, ensuring that the plant's inventory controls are adequate, reconciling
inventory balances monthly, identifying overage and aging material issues, and coordinating periodic physical
inventories.
Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and variance analysis on costing activities.
Performs all other functions as required; included are any work assignments relating to the efficient flow of
work within company
Employer requirements
Strong Accounting/GAAP knowledge
Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Excel (database extraction,
creation and use of complex formulas and functions, pivot table creation and maintenance, etc.)
Must be detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills
Advanced communication & supervisory skills
Maintain a team-oriented working environment that allows for individual differences and provides for
individual growth
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
Ability to communicate changes and gain buy in for change
Unwavering integrity
Bachelor's Degree required
3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacture environment
3 - 5 years of previous supervisory experience to include general & cost accounting
Experience with Microsoft Office software
