Państwa dane osobowe są przetwarzane na podstawie:

W powyższych przypadkach oraz w innych przypadkach, gdy Spółka prosi Państwa o zgodę na przetwarzanie danych i wyrazili Państwo dobrowolnie zgodę na przetwarzanie danych, Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane wyłącznie w celach wskazanych w zgodzie. Zgoda może być wycofana w dowolnym momencie, co nie wpłynie na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej wycofaniem. W przypadkach gdy przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie zgody, zostaną Państwo poinformowani o skutkach nieudzielenia lub wycofania zgody.
 
W przypadkach i na zasadach określonych w przepisach o ochronie danych osobowych mają Państwo prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych osobowych oraz prawo do przenoszenia danych. Niezależnie od powyższego, przysługuje również Państwu prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzoru, tzn. Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

Role Purpose
 
The Plant Finance Analyst is accountable for controlling the Production Execution Process, ensures data accuracy and drives continuous improvement through active collaboration with Operations. Inventory management is an essential part of this and he/she ensures plant variances on stock counts are root caused and the right corrective/preventive actions are identified and implemented. He/she serves as the Plant SPOC for GBS in the GRIR process. He/she is also accountable for Month End Reporting (incl. complex postings such as Accruals and One-Time Costs), and all other periodic reporting required. He/she assists the Plant Finance Business Partner and Plant Finance Controller in actively managing the Finance processes for the Plant.

Accountabilities:

  • Period end closing tasks (e.g. accruals) and coordination of closing activities
  • Ensuring accuracy of company financial accounts, in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP
  • Understand AP department end to end processes, and ability to understand wider impact across the GBS
  • Recognize and communicate development opportunities in process in close cooperation with Operations
  • Providing financial reports and analysis
  • Serves as Plant SPOC for GBS in the GRIR process
  • Assists the Plant Finance Business Partner and the Plant Finance Controller in managing the Finance processes for the plant including, but not limited to reporting and results trending/analysis
  • Continuous Improvement through capability building for the Site including (but not limited to) budget owners, requisitions (GRIR results), lead team members
  • Follow LSW (Leadership Standard Work) and other Plant fundamentals

Candidates Knowledge, Skills, Behaviors and Experience:

  • University/ College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • At least 2 years of professional background in similar positions
  • Experience in BPO/Shared Services would be an asset
  • Working experience with SAP other ERP system would be an asset
  • Demonstrated expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to rely on their own extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Curious and creative, seek for himself / herself first on how to link information coming from more sources in a way that makes sense financial wise to a broader audience
  • Getting his / hers past finance experiences in budgeting and forecasting working in Kutno plant environment
  • Fluency in English is a must; this role also requires limited travel (5%)
