Your responsibilities
Inspire people to work as one team and seek for improvement
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations in the Production Department to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Manage the team in accordance with the company's values.
Deliver the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as set by the business.
Manage production costs and the sequence of the working phases of a production process in order to minimize cost and maximize quality.
Collaborate with other teams/departments to ensure high level of information flow to achieve the goals.
Participate in projects for the modernization and expansion of production lines.
Our requirements
5 years of experience on managerial position in operations
Very good level of Polish or English (B2 minimum)
High level of leadership and managerial skills
Ability to create accountibility
Lead by example to create culture based on values
Practical knowledge of lean manufacturing tools
Ability to work under time pressure in changing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
