Your responsibilities

  • Managing production and other departments: supply chain - logistic, strategic purchasing, technology, maintenance, planning, warehouse

  • Implementation of Lean Manufacturing

  • Supervision over production efficiency

  • Implementation of optimization, product quality, planning and delivery in accordance with the deadlines

  • Monitoring of threats and risks

  • Initiating, participating and supervising projects related to the production area

  • Planning and budgeting of resources (CAPEX)

  • Team management: employee engagement, motivation

  • Responsibility for liquidity in the production process (raw materials, work in progress, products)

  • Undertaking activities related to increasing the quality of products

  • Motivating employees to continuous improvement

  • Plans HR in terms of the current and future needs

  • Responsibility for raising awareness in the field of health and safety

Our requirements

  • Higher technical education

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations including 3 years as a Plant Manager or Production Manager of a team min. 50 FTE

  • Experience in automotive, OEM

  • Knowledge of Project Management, Quality Management

  • Operational excellence: knowledge of the LEAN methodology in practice, Six Sigma

  • Knowledge of financial management and cost control

  • High level of professional ethics

  • Team management skills

  • Good command of the English language, min. B2/C1

  • Knowledge of ERP systems

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, M 365

  • An active driving license of cat. B
