Your responsibilities
Successful startup of production plant in Zimna Wódka, completing required tasks on time and within budget.
Establish the plant team together with HR.
Plan and schedule the work of the plant departments.
Ensure plant KPI’s objectives are met.
Target definition for the Plant Team (with function head)
Collect and analyze process data.
Manage and evaluate resources to ensure productivity, efficiency, availability and minimal downtime.
Participate in the hiring, corrective action and termination process of the plant personnel.
Provide planning oversight and control for annual plant budget and forecasts and in case of differences implement corrective actions.
Direct, motivate, and train employees to assure safety, product quality and quantity.
Properly delegate work to ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure proper document compliance (HR, Safety, Environmental, Quality, Maintenance, buildings) in connection with such things as permits, audits, job analysis, etc.
Create and lead process improvement team focused on the implementation of lean tools and problem-solving activities and initiatives.
Provide clarity and recommend improvements in methods, processes, policies, procedures and instructions to ensure department objectives.
Ensure efficient management of policies, procedures, governance and internal control so that the plant and legal entity is in compliance with local law, guidelines and regulations.
Complete all necessary administrative duties or documentation that arise with personnel issues.
Provide direction and leadership to employees.
Lead the plant leadership team to develop relations with the workforce, and influence company culture.
Unite all departments, through team building and leadership style, to establish a culture focused on trust, respect and common goals.
Represent the company in front of governmental agencies, institutions and polish authorities.
Cooperate with the local community to volunteer time and provide support for area activities and initiatives.
Our requirements
10+ years supervision experience in a manufacturing environment; minimum 5 years as Plant Manager
Bachelor’s degree in management or technical field preferred
Fluency in English and Polish is a must
Excellent project management skills
Ability to coach and mentor employees
Working knowledge of safety regulations
Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization

Position Summary
The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the manufacturing facility as well as of the Polish legal entity. This position will provide hands on leadership to ensure that assigned areas meet all company safety, cost, quality, and quantity requirements. The Plant Manager will be a representative of the company and will lead the plant leadership team to handle all personnel issues and the administrative duties that accompany.
