Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the content and navigation of the e-commerce platform

  • Managing implementation of new products and sections on the B2B platform due to timeline, updating product data

  • Creating, together with the agency and marketing team, content for the platform - banners, landing pages, pop-up, etc., in order to promote new products and animations

  • Preparing materials promoting the digital platforms together with the agency

  • Cooperation with the marketing and sales department to establish plans and campaigns to increase the attractiveness of the e-commerce and customer retention

  • Increasing sales through UX optimization

  • Testing of new features

  • Preparation and conducting platforms trainings for stakeholders

  • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting sales results, KPIs of the sales team & education

Our requirements

  • Interest in modern technologies and e-commerce

  • Experience in e-commerce projects, managing an online store or marketing/digital marketing

  • Analytical skills

  • Proactivity, communicativeness

  • Fluent Polish & English

Optional

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, UX, HTML

Platform & Services Project Manager

Platform & Services Project Manager will be responsible for the B2B e-commerce platform and the educational platform. With responsibility for project delivery due to schedules and for collaboration with the global project team and local stakeholders.

In terms of the B2B e-commerce platform, this also includes cooperation with marketing departments for offers and content on the platform, cooperation with the sales department for the product listing management, and cooperation with the customer service to optimize the platform for B2B customers.

In terms of the educational platform - cooperation with the education department to implement the platform's awareness and user retention strategies.
