Your responsibilities

  • You would assist video game players in troubleshooting their account issues.

  • You would interact with our client’s customers for all the inquiries they could have about the game.

  • You would assist the developer by forwarding them important information from all the issues you handle with customers.

Our requirements

  • Excellent French skills (C1-C2).

  • Fluent in English.

  • Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week including weekend-days (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Flexibility in terms of shifts.

  • Interest in video games.

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Understanding of basic office applications.

  • MS Office and Google suite knowledge would be a perk.

  • Eligibility to work in Poland.
