For our Katowice office’s vibrant and rapidly growing Functionality Quality Assurance department we are currently looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator.

We are looking for an innovative, creative, and independent L&D Leader who will support our 2 L&D Trainers to design and deliver an achievable L&D solution to our game testing department. The successful candidate will bring us their own ideas and the best practices whilst devising new training strategies and courses. They will be also responsible for defining the department strategy and a training approach, as well as assessing the skills and knowledge within an organisation and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.

Our people are our biggest asset and as an L&D Coordinator, you will definitely play a crucial role in supporting and developing them throughout their career at our Studio, helping them to achieve their goals and inspire further growth.
